Our Feed Production Process

• Identification of High-Quality Raw Materials : We meticulously select raw materials from a predefined chart, focusing on nutritional content, digestibility, and ensuring they are free from contaminants.

• Formulation :  Tailoring each feed formulation involves determining precise ratios of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals to meet the specific nutritional requirements of various animals and birds including goats, sheep, cattle, poultry, country  chicken, birds, and fish.

• Processing : Depending on the desired feed type (coarse-grained, mash, pellets, etc.), raw materials undergo appropriate processing techniques such as grinding, mixing, pelleting, or extrusion to ensure uniformity and optimal nutrient availability.

• Quality Control : Rigorous quality control measures are maintained throughout production to uphold nutritional standards and eliminate any potential contaminants or toxins.

• Testing :  Prior to distribution, each batch of feed undergoes comprehensive testing to verify nutritional content and overall quality, ensuring it fulfills the dietary requirements of the intended animals / birds.

• Adjustment : Continuous monitoring of animal performance and feedback allows for adjustments to be made to formulations, optimizing feed efficiency and promoting animal health.
